Use of studio on a full day or hourly rate available...
$150 Per Hour the first 4 hours
Example: 4 hours = $600
$80 per hour additional after 4 hours
$150 non refundable deposit to secure date, half of the rental fee is due.
Any evidence of damage/excessive trash left at our facility after scheduled event will result in a $100 cleaning fee to the booked guest
